NJ Labs (New Brunswick, NJ) is an FDA-registered, DEA-inspected, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited cGMP Chemistry & Microbiology laboratory specializing in compendial pharmaceutical testing (USP, EP, BP, JP), stability studies, and method validation and transfer. Our sister laboratory, Anresco NJ Labs (Middlesex, NJ), serves the dietary supplement, cosmetic, food & beverage, OTC, and consumer product industries.

The Role
You’ll be the engine that holds down our commercial operations. This role runs our digital marketing, follows up on every inbound lead, and keeps our systems connected so nothing slips through the cracks — from first inquiry to quote, order, CoA, and invoice. If you love organizing systems, enjoy working with data, and want a front-row seat in a growing life sciences business, this is your role.

Qualifications

And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years in marketing, sales operations, or commercial support — ideally in life sciences, pharma, lab services, or B2B.
  • Hands-on Hub Spot experience (CRM, workflows, marketing email). Hub Spot certifications are a plus.
  • Comfort learning and connecting multiple systems. Experience with QBench, , Quick Books, Zapier, or ticketing tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing many moving pieces.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Word Press or other website CMS, and Linked In marketing is helpful.
Work Conditions And

Physical Requirements
  • Respond to inbound inquiries quickly, qualify leads, and route them to the right salesperson or lab contact.
  • Follow up consistently on open quotes and dormant accounts through email, phone, and Hub Spot sequences.
  • Prepare quotes and help onboard new clients, including account setup, sample submission guidance, and portal access.
  • Maintain clean CRM data and build pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email campaigns, Linked In content, website updates, and SEO for  and
  • Create marketing content such as service sheets, case studies, newsletters, and webinar promotions in partnership with our scientists.
  • Coordinate trade show logistics, booth materials, and post-show lead follow-up.
  • Track campaign performance and report on ROI.

Systems & Commercial Operations

  • Own Hub Spot administration, including workflows, automation, lists, properties, and integrations.
  • Connect and optimize the flow between Hub Spot, QBench (LIMS), , Quick Books, and our client portal across the full lead-to-invoice-to-service lifecycle.
  • Manage customer service tickets and ensure issues are resolved and closed.
  • Improve the client portal experience for quotes, orders, CoA delivery, invoices, and support requests.
  • Serve as the bridge between sales, lab operations, QA, billing, and IT.

Salary Range
:
Base salary: $50,000 – $65000 per year. Salary is flexible and based on experience. Bonus:
Eligible for performance-based bonuses.
