Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Program Manager to join TE Connectivity’s Digital Center of Excellence (Digital COE) and lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize and evolve our digital ecosystem.

The Digital COE partners across TE to bring together digital strategy, capabilities, data, and technology to improve how we serve our customers and enable our businesses. In this role, you will orchestrate large-scale, multi-year digital programs spanning business units, functions, regions, and technology platforms. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, connect interdependent work streams, establish strong governance, and create the visibility and accountability needed to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with Digital COE leadership to shape program strategy and frameworks while partnering with teams across the organization that lead execution within their respective areas. Success requires the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risks and dependencies, influence across functions, and communicate effectively from working teams through executive leadership.
