Customer Support Representative
Middlesex County, NJ (Onsite) | $21–$27/hr + Benefits
We’ve partnered with a growing company seeking a service-oriented professional who thrives on helping customers, solving problems, and supporting a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails
- Support order entry, tracking, and account updates
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- 1+ years in customer service or sales support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- CRM familiarity preferred
