Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support utility energy efficiency programs. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers and Trade Allies, helping guide participants through program offerings, eligibility requirements, and application processes.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and Trade Allies regarding energy efficiency programs.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and goals and promote the program best suited to their objectives.
  • Work with pre-qualified leads to generate and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Assist customers and contractors with application processes and program requirements.
  • Conduct desktop eligibility reviews and help customers identify next steps.
  • Route inquiries to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Complete customer follow-up activities, including callbacks, referrals, and email communications.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and participant information.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
  • Perform assigned duties independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Action-oriented and results-driven with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Experience in inside sales, outside sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative services.
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a New Jersey resident.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Pay Range

$25.00- $33.00per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
