- H Mart Inc. seeking Architectural Designer / Project Coordinator (Bilingual ENG/KOR) in Lyndhurst, NJ, US
- Assist in designing and managing projects from concept to completion
- Draft conceptual/schematic CAD drawings and detail drawings
- Analyze and monitor all project documents, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance of project documents with relevant codes and regulations and constructionstandards
- Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan and schedule
- Assist in facilitating communication among various teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Compile and produce design packages, including refrigeration and equipment, with attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with the in-house interior design team and outsourced architect/engineer teams
Assist in developing prototypes with standardized layouts and construction systems/details - Maintain records of all project activities, including engineering reports, contracts, correspondence, meeting minutes, and payment reports
