Overview
Montgomery County Community College invites applications for the Part-Time Nursing Simulation Lab Manager position. The Nursing Simulation Lab Manager assists the Director of Nursing in the leadership and management of the Nursing Simulation Skills Suite (NSSS). The Nursing Simulation Lab Manager has primary responsibilities in the areas of the nursing admissions processes, clinical agency clearances, and Nursing Simulation and Skills Suite.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE &
SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, Master’s preferred.
Requires a minimum of two years of related experience in a healthcare office or hospital administration. This experience should include inventory management, equipment maintenance scheduling, and project management.
Current registration as a Professional Nurse in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
Experience in nursing practice required.
Experience with nursing specialized accreditation and development of accreditation documents preferred.
Knowledge of contemporary educational practices and standards including, but not limited to, the use of alternative delivery systems, instructional techniques, and distance learning modalities.
Commitment to the incorporation of information literacy, technology, writing, and diversity in the curriculum.
