Qualifications:
MUST provide one of the following certificate options below:
* Teacher of the Handicapped certificate OR
* Elementary School Teacher (N-8) certificate AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities OR
* Elementary School in Grades K-6 AND Teacher of Students with Disabilities
