- Train and supervise university undergraduate practicum students.
- Work collaboratively with families of DDDC students.
- Oversee classroom assistants and lead instructors.
- Require NJ Teacher K-6 certification with disabilities endorsement and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with advanced behavioral technology, data management, and goal assessment.
- Proficient communication and computer skills, including use of educational software.
- Salary range from $71,447 to $109,422 annually, with offers based on qualifications and experience.
- Full-time, exempt position reporting to the Assistant Director with 37.5 standard work hours.
