About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects across New Jersey. This role requires a licensed PE with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience delivering projects from concept through construction.
Responsibilities- Manage site/civil projects (land development, utilities, stormwater, roadways)
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources
- Serve as primary client and agency contact
- Review designs, reports, and construction documents
- Ensure NJ regulatory and permitting compliance
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams
- Support proposals and business development efforts
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred)
- Active NJ PE license (or ability to obtain)
- 10+ years of site/civil project management experience
