Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer – T&M Associates
T&M Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to join our growing MEP team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience designing plumbing and fire protection systems for a wide range of building types. This individual will support project objectives, contribute to financial success, assist with technical review of proposals and project tracking, and help mentor junior technical staff.

- Assist with technical review of proposals and project tracking.
- Mentor junior technical staff.
- Design plumbing and fire protection systems including domestic hot and cold water, sanitary and vent, storm drainage, natural and medical gas, compressed air, sprinkler, fire pump, and clean agent fire suppression systems.
- 10+ years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design across various building types.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred).
- Certified Plumbing Design (CPD) and/or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) certifications (preferred).
- Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD required.
- Experience with Revit preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position will fall between $130,000 – $165,000.
