What You'll DoGreet customers and answer phones professionally.

Assist customers with parts inquiries, availability, and orders.

Communicate with customers, vendors, and service teams by phone, email, and in person.

Coordinate and order parts for repairs and customer needs.

Create invoices and process payments, returns, warranties, and core credits.

Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct inventory counts.

Keep the parts counter, stockroom, and work area clean and organized.

Accurately identify and specify part

What You'll Bring2 or more years of experience, required.

Dealership experience required. Toyota experience a plus!

CDK experience!

General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations

Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills

Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record

Computer proficient

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere

Total Rewards Est.
