As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in New Brunswick, NJ at the New Brunswick branch.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound interactions, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and positioning PNC products to meet customer needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in daily branch operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 06/11/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
