Overview
Vice President of FP&A for the enterprise who will partner with the CEO on financial strategy and insights, and drive operational improvements within the financial planning and analysis function. The role will enhance forecasting and data-driven decision-making, with direct and indirect team responsibilities. Reports to the CFO.
Responsibilities- Financial Modeling:
Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. - KPI Development:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational goals, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. - Reporting & Analysis:
Create and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management, ensuring alignment with business strategy. - Strategic Planning:
Assist in long-term strategic planning through in-depth analysis and the development of business cases to support key corporate initiatives. - Business Partnering:
Collaborate with department heads to drive financial discipline and influence decision-making, offering insights into cost drivers, profitability, and cash flow. - Process Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Cross Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with other functions (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure financial alignment and support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related.
- Proven experience leading FP&A teams and influencing senior leadership.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, business intelligence, and financial systems.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance principles, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to executives.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
