Job Description:

The MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (MBA FLDP) is a four-year, full-time rotational program designed for MBA graduates who want to accelerate their growth as future Finance leaders at Johnson & Johnson. Through meaningful assignments, targeted development, and ongoing coaching, you will build the business, financial, technical, and leadership capabilities needed to help shape the future of healthcare.

Rotations & Assignments:

As an MBA FLDP participant, you will complete two Finance Manager-level rotations across Johnson & Johnson’s business segments, including Corporate Services, Medical Technology, and Innovative Medicine. In these roles, you may lead and develop a team of analysts while partnering with leaders to deliver financial insights and drive meaningful outcomes. These rotations may include opportunities in Financial Planning and Analysis, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Corporate Operations, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Research & Development Finance.

You will be assigned to your first rotation and will interview for your second, giving you the opportunity to shape your experience as you continue to grow. Each assignment is designed to broaden your enterprise perspective, strengthen your finance and business acumen, and prepare you for director-level roles and beyond.

Professional Development:

Your rotational experience will be supported by targeted training, onboarding resources, and development opportunities focused on strengthening J&J financial acumen, business knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership skills. You will also have structured opportunities to grow your network with peers, program alumni, and senior leaders across Finance. As part of the program’s investment in your professional growth, you will be expected to successfully obtain Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification during the four-year program.

Coaching

& Development:

You will be supported throughout the program by the people around you. In addition to regular coaching and feedback from your supervisor, MBA FLDP participants are assigned both a peer mentor and a leader mentor to help them navigate the program, expand their network, and continue building confidence as Finance leaders.

Starting positions are expected to be located at J&J World Headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ. Future rotations may be available at other J&J sites in or near Raritan and Titusville, NJ;
Horsham and Spring House, PA;
Jacksonville, FL;
Cincinnati, OH;
Irvine and San Francisco, CA; and Danvers, MA.

Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates must be enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between August 2026 and August 2027.
  • Candidates must have at least five years of full-time professional or military experience and demonstrate leadership capabilities through employment, extracurricular activities, and/or internship experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. Current full-time Johnson & Johnson employees are not eligible, excluding interns and co-ops.
