MAT Substance Abuse Counselor; LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, CADC

Naph Care is hiring strong Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team at the Middlesex County Department of Corrections located in North Brunswick, NJ

* This is a Contract position until September 30, 2021 with possibility of extension.*

* This position works 8 hours per week
* with a preference for Counselors who can provide availability for one 8-hour shift on a weekday or two 4-hours shifts

• Conduct weekly group substance abuse counseling sessions for male and female inmates with Opioid use Disorder
• Provide psychoeducation about substance abuse to male and female inmates with Opioid use Disorder
• Data collection and data entry
• Experience working in corrections is a plus, but not required

Degree/Certification

Qualifications:

Minimum of Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with license (LAC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required, but LCADC preferred
