Base Pay Range$15.49/hr – $15.49/hr
Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking Student Assistants to work in the Department of Rehabilitation and Movement Sciences. The Student Assistants will assist faculty with classroom records and assignments, organize and maintain equipment and materials needed for courses, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Interact with faculty and staff.
- Assist with setting up classrooms.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Understand and adhere to Rutgers’ compliance standards as they appear in RBHS’s Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
FLSA Nonexempt Grade 99H. Minimum $15.49/hr, Mid Range $75.00/hr, Maximum $150.00/hr final salary may be determined by qualifications, experience, and department or grant funds.

Part‑time, 20 standard hours per week. Full‑on‑site work arrangement.
Qualifications- Must be a Rutgers student in good academic standing, without C grades, warnings or probation, and must demonstrate excellent professional behavior.
- Must be enrolled in the DPT program.
Physical Demands:
- Standing, sitting, walking, talking and hearing.
- No special vision requirements.
Work Environment:
- Working with multiple students in a busy environment, multitasking, while being empathetic yet helping students meet coursework standards.
