Substance Use Therapist

Position: Substance Use Therapist - $1000 Sign-on Bonus

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist with co-occurring stabilization for those we serve. Link to APN if medication is needed
* Utilize assessment and evidenced-based modalities to ensure the most successful outcome for the individual's needs (MI, CBT, Solution-focused, IMR, etc)
* Participate in innovation initiatives designed to engage families and communities in treatment
* Ensure proper service linkage to appropriate level of care and flow upon exiting our 30-day Early Intervention Support Service
** Requirements:
*** Must possess a Master's Degree within the Human Services Field, and have two years post Master's experience in this domain
* New Jersey license in good standing (minimum of LAC, LPC, LCSW, LSW with CADC or LCADC)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong clinical perspectives
* Engage in the Team approach, and strength-based initiatives with our team members and our EISS Co-Occurring population
** Additional Information:
*** Starting Compensation:
Full-Time rates starting at $28.85 per hour
* Ability to earn bonuses
* Bilingual-Spanish differential: $1.50 per hour
