VP Sales

QPharma is expanding and is looking for a VP of Sales for our Neolytica Sales Team . The position requires a strong thought leader and team-player who possesses the tenacity, work ethic, and self-motivation to develop a business in a territory with significant growth opportunity. The ideal candidate will be innovative, solutions-oriented, and have a track record of successfully selling enterprise software and/or data solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology marketplace.

Specific experience selling into Medical Affairs and Marketing is desirable. This individual will have strong relationship skills, as well as the ability to assist clients with rationalizing regional deployment strategies and support models. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be well versed in Medical Affairs and Marketing services in the Life Sciences industry, preferable within KOL and HCP engagement services space.

The following skills/experience are required:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling to the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, preferably Medical Affairs/Marketing
• Must have the ability to work effectively with remote team members (Europe/USA)
• Must have experience in selling (services, software, data), account management, and solution management
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Travel:

Travel up to 35-40% which would include client facing meetings, conferences and internal corporate meetings
