Perform a variety of mammography procedures and exams that require independent judgment, technical skill and knowledge of the process of diagnosis of breast disease.

• Graduate of Accredited School of Allied Health Program of Radiography
• Current NJ license to practice
• ARRT Registration
• Mammography Certification
• RTRM - Maintain CME credits

• Performs mammography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision in accordance to policies and procedures.
• Must provide patient services using digital mammography and Bone Station equipment.
• The technologist must be competent in patient satisfaction as well as technical skill.
• Exercises professional judgment in performance and patient care.
• Correctly utilizes the Radiology Information System to facilitate patient functions.
• Practices radiation protection safely routinely.
