- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for the Mexican market.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for a range of roles in Mexico, ensuring a diverse and qualified pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to measure effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies related to recruitment in Mexico.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience, reflecting the company’s employer brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition (Inhouse), preferably experience recruiting for Mexico or Latin America.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
