We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant with strong knowledge of US labor laws and legal compliance to support our growing HR operations.
Experience2–3 years (US HR compliance experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities- Assist in ensuring compliance with US labor laws
, employment regulations, and HR best practices. - Support HR documentation, employee records, and compliance audits.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and background verification processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on HR compliance matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge or hands‑on experience with US labor laws and compliance
. - Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting US-based employees or clients.
- Exposure to audits, compliance reporting, or legal HR documentation.
