Gather business requirements, elicit technical requirements, prepare report specifications.
- Experience Level: 6-7 years in Micro Strategy development and maintenance.
- Lead Micro Strategy development team.
- Hands-on experience with Micro Strategy 9.3, enterprise portal and mobile integration, write-back, and alert setup.
- Good understanding of metadata creation, report specifications, testing, UAT, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, review processes, and release management.
- Excellent communication skills and client interaction experience.
- Ability to interpret data models and use data modeling tools like ERWIN.
- Knowledge of new product features and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and analytical skills.
- Experience working with onsite-offshore teams.
