Quality Assurance - QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst with 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including automation testing for UI and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, hands-on experience with testing tools, and excellent communication skills.

This role requires on-site presence at the UPS I.S. office in Parsippany, NJ, three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, regression, and integration testing for web and API applications.
• Design and execute automated test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Postman, and SOAP UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Conduct SQL-based data validation and database testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Document test cases, results, and defects using Dev Ops and other test management tools.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 4+ years of QA experience with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in UI and API automation testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting for test automation.
• Experience with testing tools such as JMeter, Postman, and SOAP UI.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to commute to Parsippany, NJ office three days per week.

• Experience in mobile device testing and automation.
