• Participate in data workshops to understand business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and key stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements.
• Apply knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes to design scalable data solutions.
• Create and maintain Logical Data Models (LDM) and Physical Data Models (PDM).
• Use data modeling tools such as Erwin to develop, manage, and document models.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems, with a focus on MRE (Master Reference Entity) systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in data modeling and working with enterprise data systems.
• Proficiency with Erwin or similar data modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services (P&C Insurance experience is a plus).
