Hirobe has partnered with a globally recognised enterprise brand to identify an exceptional AEM Architect to own, evolve, and future-proof their Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) platform.

This is a strategic, high-visibility role for a senior AEM professional who thrives at the intersection of architecture, cloud innovation, and business leadership
. You will define the technical vision, influence enterprise-wide digital strategy, and serve as the authoritative voice on all things AEM Cloud.

As the AEM Architect, you will provide technical ownership and architectural leadership for the organisation’s AEM Cloud ecosystem, ensuring scalability, performance, governance, and long-term success.

• Own the AEMaaCS architecture
  , driving platform stability, scalability, and continuous optimisation
• Define enterprise-wide AEM standards
  , governance models, and best practices
• Architect and guide cloud-native AEM solutions
  , aligned with Adobe-recommended patterns
• Partner closely with Adobe product teams
  , internal engineering leaders, and marketing stakeholders
• Lead architectural decisions across AEM Sites, components, frameworks, and integrations
• Oversee modernisation initiatives
  , including component consolidation and framework upgrades
• Provide architectural oversight across front-end experiences while ensuring back-end scalability
• Act as the senior technical authority for vendor teams (17–18 contributors) and internal partners
• Translate complex technical decisions into clear business value for senior leadership

Technical & Leadership Experience

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) architecture experience
• Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, cloud operations, and performance optimisation
• Solid awareness of back-end systems (Java, APIs, cloud integrations, AWS)
• Proven ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills — confident presenting to architects, engineers, and executives
• Experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem highly desirable
