Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing enterprise-level projects and proven expertise in SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of SharePoint solutions within the organization.

Title: SharePoint Project Manager

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: US - Remote (EST time zone)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SharePoint-related projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Oversee SharePoint development, customization, and migration initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and vendor resources.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and best practices in project management.
  • Provide regular project status reports and updates to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
  • 8-12 years of overall Project Management experience with a strong track record of delivering enterprise IT projects.
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects involving SharePoint (migration, customization, or implementation).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and vendors is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Change management or business process improvement experience.
