Manager, Digital Value Chain

Role Summary

Join our Digital Value Chain team and play a key role in advancing innovative supply chain solutions. This hybrid role supports cross-functional teams and collaborates with internal partners and external vendors. The Manager will drive the evolution and integration of two critical tools—SC Maps and the Network Decision Support Tool (NDST/DST)—that enable data-driven decisions across the end-to-end supply chain, with a hybrid location in Titusville, NJ (alternate hubs in Horsham, PA or Zug, Switzerland).

The role oversees enhancements, scalability, and integration to meet future business needs, including gathering requirements and aligning stakeholders.

• Align with Business Goals and Scaling Strategy:
  Work closely with the Business Product Owner (BPO) and other stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, ensuring the solution aligns with scaling objectives and expansion for the use cases supporting key business processes.
• Gather and Prioritize Enhancement Opportunities:
  Collect feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to identify areas for improvement or new features that support scaling while maintaining user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Development Teams:
  Work closely with Scrum Master/PM, Business Analysts, developers (Front-end and Back-end Data Engineers), UX/UI designers during iterations; clarify requirements and answer questions during sprints.
• Ensure DST Business Continuity:
  Engage with stakeholders to get data and requirements for scenario runs and refresh/develop scenarios in DST as needed.
• Create and Manage the Product Backlog:
  Maintain a well-organized backlog of user stories, features, and fixes; ensure that the backlog is transparent and accessible to the team.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; a focused degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and/or Master’s or MBA degree preferred

  Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Digital Transformation projects within a global environment

  Strong communication and effective stakeholder management skills
• Preferred:
  Experience with data engineering (e.g., Azure, Databricks, etc.), coding (e.g., Python), digital product development, and/or GenAI knowledge
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with supply chain simulation/optimization, supply chain planning tools, and/or modeling tools (e.g., Coupa, Lyric, Advanced MS Excel, Blue Yonder, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, OMP, SAP, or Anaplan)
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of industry standards such as APICS or equivalent

• Requires up to 15% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs
• Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week
