We are looking for a Senior Technical Onboarding Specialist to lead enterprise payment integration projects and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for financial services clients.
Qualifications- Strong experience with API & SFTP integrations
- Experience onboarding clients and communicating with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with System Integrators & Developers
- 7+ years in Fin Tech / Banking / eCommerce customer success
- 5+ years delivering technical onboarding projects
- Hands‑on knowledge of APIs, SFTP, EDI, XML, TXT Batch Files
- Project management experience in fast‑paced environments
- Experience creating and delivering client‑facing technical workshops
This role plays a critical part in driving client integrations, accelerating time-to-market, and improving time-to-revenue.
