Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
, specifically working with Claims data
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, supporting analytics initiatives, and ensuring high-quality, consumption-ready insurance data for business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for claims and insurance datasets
- Work closely with claims, underwriting, and analytics teams to support business needs
- Perform data integration, transformation, and validation across multiple source systems
- Optimize performance and reliability of enterprise data workflows
- Ensure compliance with data governance, quality standards, and security policies
- Support reporting and downstream data consumption across insurance platforms
- Mid to senior-level experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong background in P&C Insurance
- Hands-on experience working with Claims data
- Expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data engineering practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
