We are seeking a Finance AI Engineering Manager to lead the AI transformation of Finance within the Signi Fi program, enabling next-generation capabilities across Transact, Treasury (TMS), Flex Ops, and SAP BTP.

This role will serve as the primary AI lead for Finance Technology, responsible for implementing an AI-enabled SDLC (SASA / AI-first delivery model), accelerating Digital FTE outcomes, and embedding intelligent automation and decision support across global finance platforms.

The candidate combines AI/ML expertise, SAP technical depth, and finance proven experience, with a strong ability to translate strategy into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

• Serve as the AI lead for all Finance Technology initiatives within Signi Fi
• Define and implement the AI roadmap for Finance (Transact, TMS, Flex Ops)
• Drive the transition toward Digital FTE and AI-augmented operations
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across Finance processes

• Design and implement AI-first SDLC frameworks across Signi Fi:
  • AI-assisted design (FDS/TDS generation)
  • Automated code generation & testing
  • Intelligent defect prediction and resolution
• Embed AI copilots and automation tools into development workflows
• Standardize AI-driven development practices across teams and vendors

• Lead the design and deployment of:
  • Predictive analytics (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection)
  • Intelligent automation (RPA + AI)
  • Generative AI solutions (code, documentation, finance insights)
• Integrate AI capabilities into:
  • SAP S/4
    
    HANA (Transact / CFIN)
  • Treasury systems (TMS)
  • Flex Ops platforms
  • SAP BTP (AI services, extensions, automation)

• Leverage SAP BTP AI services and external AI platforms to build scalable solutions
• Design clean-core compliant AI extensions
• Enable real-time data-driven decisioning across Finance systems
• Ensure seamless integration between AI models and SAP ecosystems

• Define and track Digital FTE metrics and value realization
• Drive automation to:
  • Reduce manual effort
  • Improve cycle times (close, planning, forecasting)
  • Enhance decision quality
• Partner with Finance leaders to quantify AI-driven business impact

• Ensure strong data governance, model integrity, and explainability
• Establish AI governance frameworks aligned with:
  • Compliance (SOX, audit requirements)
  • Security and privacy standards
• Mitigate risks related to AI bias, hallucination, and data leakage

• Partner with:
  • Finance (FP&A, Controllership, Treasury)
  • Technology (TS, Architecture, Data & AI teams)
  • External vendors and AI partners
• Drive organizational adoption of AI capabilities
• Upskill teams on AI tools, automation, and new ways of working

• Stay at the forefront of:
  • AI/ML advancements
  • SAP AI roadmap (Joule, BTP AI services)
• Pilot and scale emerging technologies across Finance
• Develop a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in technology, with exposure to AI/ML and enterprise systems
• Strong experience in:
  • AI/ML concepts (predictive models, NLP, generative AI)
  • Enterprise platforms (SAP S/4
    
    HANA preferred)
  • Data engineering and integration
• Experience implementing automation or AI solutions at scale
• Proven leadership in driving transformation initiatives

• Experience with SAP BTP AI capabilities and extensions
• Knowledge of Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Treasury, Planning)
• Familiarity with AI-enabled SDLC (SASA, copilots, Dev Ops automation)
• Experience with tools such as:
  • Python, ML frameworks
  • AI copilots / LLM platforms
  • RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
