Manager Digital Capability Management, Quality System

Responsibilities

• Accountable for controlled production support and life cycle management for COTS and custom applications used by Enterprise Quality Systems (primary: SmartQC).
• Manage day-to-day operational support to scale the business and improve key performance indicators and customer experience.
• Collaborate with business clients, IT business partners, and IT functions to deliver digital capabilities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure critical system functionality.
• Remotely support laboratory computer systems worldwide; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide user training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements and regulations.
• Lead medium-sized projects and enhancements; demonstrate fast-paced implementations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations; experience with LIMS or SmartQC.
• 5+ years’ experience in Laboratory Systems.
• Knowledge of SDLC and computer systems validation (CSV).
• Project management skills; experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving; deep collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Strong communication; able to lead initiatives for continuous improvement/new technologies.
