Within this ecosystem, Data Services is the business-owned data platform capability that ensures HR data is trusted, scalable, and analytics-ready.

The Director, Head of HR Data Services is the senior-most leader accountable for the business strategy, product ownership, and value delivery of HR's enterprise data platform, including the Medallion architecture in Databricks and HR products in the Data Marketplace. As the overall Business Product Owner, this role owns the platform vision, roadmap, prioritization, standards, and outcomes, and leads a dedicated team of data product stewards embedded within HR product squads, business platform managers, and the data quality function.

Together, these teams translate HR business and product needs into clear data requirements, ensure high-quality and reusable data assets, and drive adoption of the enterprise platform across HR. The Director, Head of HR Data Services works in close partnership with the Technical Platform Manager, acting as the primary business customer for technical delivery while ensuring that engineering execution aligns to business priorities and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the overall Business Product Owner for HR's enterprise data platform, owning the vision, roadmap, prioritization, standards, and value realization for the Medallion architecture in Databricks

+ Own the definition, lifecycle management, and success of HR data products, including how data products are named, scoped, documented, governed, and surfaced within the HR data marketplace

+ Lead the Data Services business organization, including:

+ Data Product Stewards embedded within HR product squads who translate business and product needs into data product requirements andmaintainthose products within the data marketplace

+ Business Platform Managers who manage platform-level intake, prioritization, roadmap sequencing, and cross-product dependencies

+ The Data Quality function, accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and trustworthiness of data products published to the marketplace
