The Quickbase Project Manageris responsible forday-to-day delivery execution, schedule management, and risk/issue tracking throughout the eight-week MVP implementation and 60-dayhypercareperiod. This role manages sprint planning and execution across three concurrent work streams (Configuration, Integration, Reporting), tracks progress against the firm August 14,2026cutover date, identifies and escalates risks and blockers in real time, maintains the engagement backlog and budget tracking within thenot-to-exceed cap, and ensures MCG andour clientstay synchronized on schedule, scope, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sprint Planning & Scheduling:

    Facilitatesprint planning at the start of each week across three work streams. Establish sprint goals, task assignments, dependencies, and success criteria.

  • Daily Status Tracking:
    Conduct or support daily 15-minute workstream standups. Track task completion,identifyblockers, and elevate issues that risk sprint goals.

  • Weekly Demo Preparation:
    Coordinate Friday demo setup with Configuration, Integration, and Reporting leads. Ensure working software is ready for demonstration.

  • Risk & Issue Management:

    Maintainrisk register for five identified implementation risks. Update status weekly and escalatenewly-identifiedrisks within 24 hours.

  • Budget & Hour Tracking:
    Track actual hours worked againstproject cap. Monitor spend pacing weekly and alert Engagement Directorimmediatelyif overrun trajectory surfaces.

  • Dependency Management:

    Maintaindependency log across work streams. Escalate blocked dependencies within 24 hours toEngagement

    Director.

  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Prepare weekly status reports for Engagement Director and support steering committee presentations with RAG status and financial pacing.

  • Quality Gate Tracking:

    Maintainchecklistof requirements for each quality gate (Sprint 2, 4, 6,
    8). Ensure sign-off criteria are met.

  • Schedule Management:

    Maintain detailed sprint schedule.

    Identify schedule risks and escalation options. Zero schedule buffer means every blocked weekshiftscutover.

  • Backlog Refinement:

    Maintainengagement backlog with Solution Architect and Project Manager. Ensure work is prioritized, estimated, and understood bydeliveryteam.

  • Hypercare Coordination:
    Manage daily standup cadence during 60-dayhypercare. Manage defect triage workflow and SLA tracking. Ensurehypercareexit criteria met by October 19.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management, delivery management, or program management in enterprise IT implementations.

  • Experience managing large multi-workstream projects (3+ parallel teams) with firm deadlines and fixed not-to-exceed budgets.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models, sprint-based planning, and iterative release cycles.

  • Low-code platform implementations (Salesforce, Service Now, Quick Base) as delivery manager or execution lead.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills withabilityto keep executives and teams aligned.

  • Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, andissueescalation in regulated or time-sensitive environments.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project) or spreadsheet-based tracking.

  • Ability tomaintaincalm under pressure in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments.

Success Metrics
  • On-time production cutover on August 14, 2026, with zero unplanned schedule delays.

  • Engagement stays withinthe budgetthroughthe project with 2-week advance notice if overrun projected.

  • All four quality gatescompletedon schedule with documentedsign-offs.

  • All critical risksremaintracked and escalated with weekly status updates.

  • Weekly status reports delivered Friday withaccuratehour tracking, budget pacing, and risks.

  • Steering committee presentations delivered bi-weekly with RAG status and escalation items.

  • Hypercare entered and exited on schedule with all SLAs met.

  • Zero missed sprint deadlines due to project management gaps.
