Job Title

Required Skills:

• Develop and modify TCC integration scripts, understanding complex requirements and defining technical solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned work, demonstrating accountability and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide support to clients on Oracle Taleo Connect Client (TCC), ensuring smooth functioning of scheduled batch processes on Linux servers and resolving encountered errors.
• Develop and modify existing shell script jobs to meet evolving requirements and maintain efficient system operations.
• Work independently while effectively synchronizing with the team to maintain project coherence and progress.
• Utilize expertise in Oracle Taleo Connect Client, including knowledge of Net change, import and export scripts, XSL transformation, TCC custom steps, and complex projections.
• Exposure to Oracle Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and Onboarding modules, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of Taleo functionalities.
• Develop TCC integrations using TCC tool, understanding subqueries, filters, and complex projections for optimized system performance.
• Experience in batch scripting, capable of developing and modifying existing batch scripts to fulfill project requirements.
• Ability to handle large CSV files for export and import integrations, utilizing advanced text editors for data substitution, manipulation, and formatting.
• Demonstrate excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Expertise in web services and OBI reporting, contributing to comprehensive system functionalities and reporting capabilities.
