Document Framework Developer

The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver a Document Framework for the overall Autodesk Construction Cloud (Client) application and for the Capital Project Realization and Information Management (CPRIM) configuration project. Key responsibilities include leading the development of the Document Framework for the overall Autodesk Construction Cloud (Client) application and for the CPRIM configuration project in Client. The role involves identifying all required documentation for Client and for the CPRIM project using IT-SOP-100 System Lifecycle Solution and other Client policies, procedures and Client Design Standards.

It also includes partnering with Client IT to ensure all required IT documentation is known/discovered and understand and advise on correct use of various procedural document types. Additionally, the role requires partnering with Global Engineering and CPRIM Workstream Leads to ensure all documentation requirements have been discovered. The role also involves authoring or updating documents identified in both Document Framework, reviewing/editing documents for compliance with the IT-SOP-100 documentation requirements, updating Project Management Standards documents, forms, templates, and job aids that are impacted by the CPRIM project, developing training material for updated Project Management Standards, ensuring training material and curriculum is made available on the Client Success Factors training portal, reviewing business and administrative documents, training material and workflows delivered by Autodesk for the configuration of Client for CPRIM, reviewing the functional requirements document developed by Autodesk for traceability to User Acceptance Testing scripts, authoring functional requirements documents, as needed, reviewing User Acceptance Testing materials developed by a 3rd party vendor and ensuring traceability to functional requirements, developing User Acceptance Testing materials, as needed, participating in user acceptance testing, preparing training material for pre-pilot testing, delivering training to pre-pilot testing project personnel, supporting pre-pilot testing project teams, developing training plan for CPRIM rollout, and developing training curriculum for CPRIM rollout.

Qualifications and experience required include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, advanced level experience with IT documentation requirements for software implementation, advanced level experience authoring IT technical documents, advanced level experience authoring Business Standards, advanced level experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Client), advanced level experience with Training software such as Clipchamp or Simpleshow, advanced level experience with software configuration and implementation, advanced level experience with authoring functional requirements and user acceptance testing, excellence in writing clear, concise business-related documents, effectiveness in both a team environment and an individual contributor role, ability to work with limited supervision on the accomplishment of agreed upon goals and objectives, ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

able to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines, excellent planning, organizing, analysis and problem-solving skills, strong background and understanding in the planning and execution of capital projects, and minimum of eight years business writing experience, preferably in an IT environment.
