Epic User Management
Perform day-to-day Epic user providing, modifications, and deprovisioning. Build and maintain security classes, templates, roles, and department configurations. Troubleshoot access issues including missing activities, workflow restrictions, and template errors. Perform periodic audits, access reviews, and support security/privacy compliance. Support upgrade/release-cycle testing and validation for security changes. Create and maintain provider SER records including credentials, specialties, and identifiers. Coordinate with credentialing and HR for accurate onboarding and lifecycle management.
