Service Now Technical Lead – LSD

Job Description:
Design and develop custom applications and workflows within Service Now, specifically tailored for legal processes.
Customize the platform to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and implement features for legal service delivery.
Implement integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems to ensure data flow and process consistency.
Work with legal and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the platform.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
