Jr. Research Designer

Full Time Junior UX Researcher/Strategist

Location:

Remote (EST or CST); local to NJ ideal

Duration: 4 mo; possible extensions into 2025

All submissions will require a portfolio and a summary on your screening to the below project details/applicable experience.

They need to improve information management for their labs (drug development); infor like raw materials used, state of materials testing, etc.

They have rolled out/onboarded a system to 1 lab to test process; want to pressure test how well that addresses needs in test lab, and also understand needs of 29 other labs.

1) Conduct assessment of initial agile product team (1 stood up) - processes, etc/ team stood up 5 mos ago; how did it go, areas for improvement, etc

2) Conduct end user research (tech and supervisor in each of 30 labs = 60 interviews) - what are needs, who uses output, how are results measured, what are gaps with current SW system. There is existing new software system, but only a few of the labs use it, so ask is to assess gaps versus SW and determine needs for other labs not using SW

3) Lead the Jr.
