Manager, Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain Analytics

The Manager, Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain Analytics will build advanced demand forecasting capabilities for the Supply Chain organization and provide data science capabilities for the broader Analytics organization within the GPS (Global Product Development and Supply) Analytics team, part of BMS Business Insights and Technology (BI&T).

• Support business decisions by working closely with stakeholders to identify priority business questions, develop hypotheses, conduct analysis, and present findings.
• Drive analytics and capabilities by designing, developing, building, implementing, and maintaining models and analytical tools using forecasting and decision analysis techniques across the supply chain.
• Strengthen partnerships by establishing close relationships with GPS stakeholders and cross‑functional counterparts (Commercial, Procurement, Finance, etc.), and communicating model limitations and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, engineering, finance, or another quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with applied machine learning, statistical models, time‑series modeling, or quantitative forecasting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R in production or operational environments.
• Experience working with large data sets, data architecture, and database concepts.
• Experience building code in a production‑grade environment using version control.
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience building and deploying predictive models (MLOps).
• Experience with probabilistic methods, including Monte Carlo simulations, Bayesian methods.
• Experience with GPS applications (SAP, LIMS, Infinity, MES, Aera) is preferred.
• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a significant plus.
• Experience with Generative or Agentic AI is a significant plus.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

New Brunswick, NJ: $96,560 - $117,008 per year. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available.
