Student Assistant; IT Support

Position Summary:

Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking Student Assistants to work in the Dean's Office Administration, Office of Technology Integration. The Student Assistants will provide technology set‑up and support to faculty in SHP classrooms and conference rooms.

• Responsible for managing technology set‑up in assigned classrooms.
• Prior to session – set-up and customize technology settings to meet instructional needs of faculty/presenter.
• During session – Trouble‑shoot during session connecting with SHP Technology staff, as needed.
• End of session – Return technology set-up to initial settings.
• Partner with SHP Technology Services staff to get training, report and resolve issues, and ensure all classroom technology is consistently operational.
• Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be a SHP Rutgers student pursuing a degree in a School of Health Profession discipline.
