Lead Analyst, Data Product & Marketplace Lifecycle Key

Role Responsibilities:

• Own management of data products within the Alation Marketplace, including onboarding, access workflows, consumer readiness, and lifecycle governance.
• Deconstruct downstream data consumption needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with data scientists, business units, and clinical application teams.
• Define business rules for cross-domain data aggregations and calculated metrics, ensuring Gold-layer models match consumer specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven track record in business systems analysis, functional product management, or technical business analysis within a regulated framework.
• Sophisticated proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Operational experience with data catalog marketplaces (specifically Alation Data Marketplace).
• Ability to bridge highly development teams and business consumers.

• Up to 10% domestic/international travel as needed.
