Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting – North America (New Brunswick, NJ or Titusville, NJ)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate transparency reporting to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures across assigned business units/systems.
- Support preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures per applicable federal and/or state requirements.
- Maintain reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and remediation plans.
- Monitor emerging transparency regulations and translate changes into actionable reporting/process requirements.
- Advise stakeholders (HCC, Legal, Finance, Business Technology, regional/country teams) to align on requirements, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in transparency reporting.
- Lead identification/design/implementation of process, system, and reporting enhancements.
- Partner to translate requirements into scalable digital/automated solutions; lead testing, change management, and deployment.
- Use automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality, accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
- Develop analytics/visualizations and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation/knowledge repositories and deliver training/workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years in HCC or related compliance (regulatory/quality/finance/etc.).
- Strong communication/influencing; business-oriented mindset.
- Prioritization skills; ability to consolidate varied data sources into quantitative reports.
- Database/reporting tools; advanced Microsoft Excel; strong English presentation/writing.
- Travel up to 5%.
- Compliance/Risk/Data Analytics/Project Management/Process Excellence certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
- Pharmaceutical/medical device industry; transparency disclosures (EFPIA, Med Tech Europe, CMS Open Payments/state reporting).
- Designing/implementing new systems; internal stakeholder collaboration.
- Analytics/automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint).
- Vacation: 120 hrs/year;
Sick time: 40 hrs/year (Colorado 48; Washington 56). - Holiday pay incl. floating holidays: 13 days/year.
- Work/personal/family time up to 40 hrs/year.
