This is a durational based role that will last 13 months and is located in New Brunswick, NJ. We are looking for the best possible talent for a Sr. Mgr. JJT A&D Programs professional. The Acquisitions & Divestitures Senior Manager, A&D Programs and Commercial Lead, serves in two primary capacities across the A&D portfolio. First, the role may serve as the A&D Deal Lead or deal support for assigned acquisitions and divestitures, with responsibility for directing and managing the overall technology transaction lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional execution, supporting key decisions, and aligning delivery with business objectives, deal strategy, J&J governance standards, integration frameworks, and applicable Transition Service Agreements.

The role also serves as the Commercial technology workstream lead for other acquisitions and divestitures as portfolio needs require. In this capacity, the role translates deal strategy into executable commercial technology plans and coordinates commercial systems, processes, data, dependencies, resources, risks, milestones, and decisions across commercial business and technology leaders, sector and enterprise technology teams, A&D colleagues, and target company teams.

The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and requires strong program management, leadership, communication, influencing, commercial business and technology acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while helping to ensure seamless transitions, minimize business disruption, mitigate risk, and enable deal value. AI-forward mindset and fluency essential. This role is a durational, 13-month assignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience supporting and managing large programs
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional programs in a matrixed environment
