Commercial Lines Account Manager

• Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business with accuracy and attention to deadlines
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering professional communication and strong advocacy
• Handle renewals, endorsements, service requests, claims coordination, billing, and new policy processing
• Maintain working knowledge of carrier markets, appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures
• Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate renewal timelines and required information with department leadership
