A prestigious Legal 500 firm in Somerset is seeking a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to take on the role of Head of Department

As Head of Department, you will:

• Lead and manage the private client team, ensuring delivery of high-quality client service
• Oversee a broad caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, and Court of Protection matters
• Develop and implement departmental strategy in line with firm objectives
• Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and fee earners
• Play a key role in client relationship management and business development
