Shift: 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Day;
Alternating holidays and weekends

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

Material handlers manage supply‑chain activities within their assigned area, working under the direction of supply chain management. They procure items in a cost‑effective manner, communicate product concerns, seek approval from Clinical Resource Directors for newly requested items, and maintain business‑appropriate attire for all scheduled shifts. The role requires anticipating customer needs, responding to supply inquiries promptly, and collaborating with the team to meet the organization’s standards.

• Adhere to all department and organizational policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
• Conduct supply‑chain activities for assigned areas.
• Research, mitigate, and resolve customer concerns; escalates when necessary.
• Perform delegated tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in assigned areas.
• Attend daily meetings and huddles.
• Maintain working knowledge of all equipment used in the supply‑chain department.
• Identify and report safety concerns, medical errors, device malfunctions, and facility damage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Supply‑chain experience preferred.
• Excellent customer‑service skills (required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Day shift: 6:00 am–2:30 pm.
