We think this role would appeal to an experienced Project Manager who wants proper ownership of a high-quality project rather than being spread thin across multiple sites. You may already be operating at senior level, or close to it, but want a role where you’re trusted to run the job and stay close to delivery rather than managing from a distance.

The business is a well-capitalised owner-developer operating a vertically integrated model, with funding in place and a long-term development approach. Projects are planned and delivered internally, with a focus on quality, execution, and accountability rather than volume or constant churn.

The role centres on the delivery of a single luxury residential ground-up project currently under construction. You’ll take day-to-day responsibility from early construction through completion, coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, managing schedules and budgets, and overseeing quality and execution to the standard expected on high-end residential work.

You’ll work closely with leadership throughout delivery, with the autonomy to run the project properly and direct access to decision-makers. As the wider pipeline progresses, there is potential for exposure to future projects, but the immediate focus remains on delivering this building well.
