We are seeking a detail-oriented Raw Material Dispensing Operator to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations by ensuring accurate and compliant dispensing of raw materials. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing while working in a structured, cGMP‑regulated environment.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting production by preparing, staging, and documenting materials with precision, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Work ScheduleMonday - Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Area Of Responsibility- Dispense raw materials according to Process Order Records and established SOPs.
- Perform API/filler calculations as required per batch documentation.
- Stage raw and dispensed materials in designated locations.
- Perform daily scale standardizations and ensure accuracy of measurements.
- Follow batch cards and ensure accurate and compliant documentation practices.
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and SOPs.
- Identify and correct documentation errors in a timely manner.
- Report any discrepancies or anomalies within the dispensing area.
- Maintain proper documentation to support manufacturing operations.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and OSHA regulations.
- Follow proper gowning procedures for dispensing and facility entry.
- Perform cleaning procedures as outlined in SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work area.
- Carry out assignments from Team Leads and Supervisors promptly.
- Understand and maintain required environmental conditions within dispensing areas.
This role operates in a manufacturing, production, and warehouse environment and may involve exposure to:
- Moderate to high noise levels
- Fumes, odors, gases, and airborne dust
- Industrial and material‑handling risks
Strict adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements is mandatory.
Physical Requirements- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, pushing, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs
- Ability to move pallets (100–300 lbs) using equipment such as pallet jacks or Hi‑Lo
- Ability to navigate warehouse, plant floor, and office environments
- Required use of PPE, including respirators, safety glasses, and safety shoes
- High School, Trade School, or Vocational Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety practices
- Good math and computer skills, including MS Office and SAP/warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting ability
- English proficiency at CEFR Basic A2 level
- Fork truck experience is a plus

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $20.00/hr to $21.84/hr actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan, and may be eligible for the Long Term Incentive Plan.
