Nurse Practitioner

Overview

Spine Search is seeking an experienced or new graduate Nurse Practitioner to join a leading health system to join its growing team working with a spine surgeon. This position offers a mix of independent and collaborative clinical work, with the opportunity to manage your own patient panel and provide high-quality spine and pain management care across two locations.

• 3 days per week independently seeing patients
• 1 day per week collaborating with a supervising physician
• 1 administrative day for telehealth, patient follow-up, and documentation
• Flexible schedule including time split between Edison, NJ and Manhattan, NY

• Evaluate and manage patients with spine and pain-related conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans and coordinate care
• Provide patient education and telehealth follow-ups
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing and active NP license (NY and/or NJ)
• Board certification as an Adult, Family, or Acute Care NP
• Prior spine, orthopedics, or pain management experience preferred (open to new grads)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
