Certification Details

• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• NIH Stroke Certification

• BRAND NEW state-of-the-art facility opening in May 2025.
• The Jack & Sheryl Morris Cancer Center is New Jersey’s first and only freestanding cancer hospital.
• Located in New Brunswick and connected to the RWJ University Hospital by a pedestrian bridge.
• RN must have 2+ years of experience in stroke center;
  Level I or II exp req.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• On call 2-3 days per week;
  Call RNs ONLY assist with PICC but not insert, PAs insert PICCs.
• No block scheduling.
• Locals accepted.
• Patient Mix: IR covering Morris Cancer Center, some conscious sedation recovery (some patients will go to PACU).
• Required Exp:
  Skills with specialty equipment (ie. EKOS +, A-line and procedural wedge pressures), primary RN;
  Additionally cover portable Midline team for midline insertion house-wide. ED or ICU exp highly preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in stroke center;
  Level I or II experience required.
• Skills with specialty equipment (ie. EKOS +, A-line and procedural wedge pressures).
• ED or ICU experience highly preferred.

• 8a-6:30p
• On call 2-3 days per week;
  Call RNs ONLY assist with PICC but not insert, PAs insert PICCs.
• No block scheduling.

• Patient Mix: IR covering Morris Cancer Center, some conscious sedation recovery (some patients will go to PACU).

• This is required to clear.
• Government Issued Photo . TIME SENSITIVE, Driver’s license required to be provided within 48 hours of signing.
• Certificates expiring within a month of start will need renewal confirmation (Email/Receipt) to clear.
